By using, accessing, browsing or in any other way interacting with myevisa.com and the services provided (including but not limited to the sending and accepting of your order), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Throughout this document, “the applicant” refers to you — the person completing a visa application. “We”, “our”, and “the company” refer to the myevisa.com operator – SOLSTICE APPLICATIONS LTD, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 474008 and its registered office located at Vrysoudion 132, HOUSE 1, Paralimni, 5295, Famagusta, Cyprus.
In addition, when you use our service, the following details are securely recorded: your name, place of birth, date of birth, passport number (including expiry and issue dates), type of supporting document, email address, postal address, telephone number, connection logs, IP address data, cookies, and payment records. For full details on how we handle this data, read our Privacy Policy.
By accessing this website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal adulthood and have the requisite legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence and/or nationality.
What exactly does our service include?
We process online requests for visas and travel documents. Our team collects your information, reviews it, and submits your application to the relevant government authorities on your behalf. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your application is accepted. From that point, we begin work immediately. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to a secure portal within our platform, where you are required to upload all necessary supporting documents.
You can check application status history by entering your application ID and email used during the application process, by clicking a link in email notification, or by request to customer support.
What’s included in our service:
- A detailed review of every answer you provide
- Translation of your information where required
- Guided assistance completing the application form
- A completeness and grammar check before submission
- Ongoing communication about your application status
What’s not in our control:
Government authorities may request additional documentation at any stage. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly and you agree to provide the requested documents within the timeframe set by the authority. If you fail to do so, your application may expire — and no refund will be issued, as the failure lies outside our responsibility.
We will always do our best to give you accurate, clear, and timely information. However, government requirements can change without warning. Our commitment is to keep you informed of any changes as soon as we become aware of them.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. This is the single most important thing to understand about our service. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the issuing government authority. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific timeline. Estimated processing times are provided by the government and are beyond our control.
The fees you pay to us cover our processing, management, and support — not the visa itself. Please see also the section “Refund policy” hereunder.
How do fees work?
Our fees cover two components: our service charge (processing fee) and any government fees required for your application. If courier services are needed, those costs are borne by you.
Our fees are described here.
Before you pay, you’ll see a complete summary of your application details on screen. Review everything carefully and correct any errors before confirming. Once payment is processed and you receive our confirmation email, your order is live and our service begins immediately.
Refund policy
Please note that under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period normally expires after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. By placing an order and paying for our visa processing services, you expressly request and agree that we begin the performance of the services immediately after your order is accepted and you’ll lose your right of withdrawal, subject to our Refund Policy.
Here is exactly how we handle refunds and cancellations:
Abandoned application
If your application has been accepted by us (i.e., you have completed the initial data entry, paid the required fees, and received a confirmation email), but you subsequently fail to follow the steps outlined in the application or provide the documents requested by the relevant government authorities for more than 30 days, your application will be deemed abandoned. In such an event, you are eligible for a refund of the whole Government fee and 50% of our Processing fee upon request, in recognition of the fact that a significant portion of our commitment and effort – including the review and assessment of your application for further processing – has already been performed by us in good faith.
Cancellation Before Application Review
Once your application reaches the status “IN REVIEW”, for which you will be dully notified (as per section “Application Statuses and Notifications” hereunder) no refunds can be requested and/or issued at this point.
Visa Denials & Rejections
Depending on the reason for a denial, the following rules apply:
- Customers whose Electronic Travel Document (ЕТА) application has been denied by any government authority are considered eligible for a refund of the Government fees upon request. Kindly note, however, that if a government authority maintains a non-refundable policy for its Government fees, we will be unable to return those specific charges.
- If a denial occurs due to an error or mistake made by our operators, you will be entitled to full refund of both the Government fee and the Processing fee upon request.
- No refund of both the Government fee and the Processing fee will be issued if the denial is caused by the applicant providing incorrect, incomplete, or false information (as described in detail in our Terms and Conditions) or failing to upload required documents in due term.
Processing Fees
Except in the above enumerated cases, our Processing fees are generally non-refundable. Our team invests time reviewing, translating, and preparing your file from the moment your order is accepted.
Individual Approach and Refund Period
We review every case individually. If your order has already been accepted and processed but you still believe a refund is warranted, reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will assess your situation.
Expect a response from us within 72 hours. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
Who processes payments?
By using our services, you agree that payment processing is handled by the company, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means the company is responsible for processing your payments through myevisa.com, including taxes, compliance, refund requests, and dispute resolution.
All digital transactions are encrypted, protected by enterprise-grade security, and handled in full compliance with applicable regulations.
What do we expect from you?
Accuracy matters. Visa applications are submitted to government authorities on your behalf, and incorrect or incomplete information can result in rejection. As the applicant, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information on every form
Note: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid, authentic, and meets the specific entry requirements of the destination country (e.g., minimum validity period, sufficient blank pages). We do not verify the underlying validity or expiration of your travel documents; we only process the information as provided by you. Any visa denial resulting from an expired or invalid passport is not grounds for a refund.
- Not omit required details from the application
- Meet all eligibility requirements for the visa you’re applying for
- Follow the registration and application process as designed
You agree to provide all requested information and documents exclusively through the secure portal to ensure data integrity and encryption.
You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your provision of false information or any breach of these Terms.

Can our service change?
Yes.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. For material updates (e.g., pricing or refund policies), we will notify you via a prominent website notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services before the new Terms apply. Minor updates (e.g., typos) take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our service you explicitly accept the revised Terms.
What are the limits of our liability?
We want to be upfront about what we can and cannot control:
We do not issue visas. We process applications. The final decision always rests with the government authority, and they may approve or deny any application with or without explanation.
We are not liable for government delays. Processing times are set by authorities, not by us. We cannot be held responsible for delays on their end.
We are not liable for government system availability. We are not responsible for the technical availability, downtime, or functional errors of official government websites and portals. If a government system is offline for maintenance or experiences technical failures, we will submit your application as soon as the service is restored. Such interruptions are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of our service commitment.
We recommend applying early. Do not purchase flights, accommodation, or other travel arrangements until your visa is confirmed. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred if your application is delayed or denied.
Entry is never guaranteed. Even with an approved visa, customs and immigration authorities at the border have the final say on entry.
Third-party services. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures by courier, logistics, or transport companies. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with them.
Our work is completed based on the information and instructions you provide. If your application contains errors or omissions that originated from your input, myevisa.com bears no responsibility for the outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid to myevisa.com. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as flight or hotel costs bought upfront.
Which courts have jurisdiction?
Any disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Famagusta, Cyprus.
